Wausau and the surrounding area has a rich and spirited local jazz history that continues today, and is home to a stronghold of experienced and talented jazz musicians, ranging in age from teenagers to folks in their 80’s. The River Valley Jazz Society fosters this lush and valuable history, and cultivates its continuing appreciation with students and adults alike.
